摘要
目前ETC不停车收费系统已经在全国高速公路收费中大力推广,针对运营中发现的一些问题,本文研究设计了基于"互联网+"的高速公路不停车收费系统ITC(Internet toll collection),综合应用移动互联技术、移动GIS技术、BDS定位技术、车牌识别技术、图像识别技术、移动支付技术等,通过移动APP实现车辆的登记注册和审核,利用移动支付技术交纳通行费,从而实现车辆通过高速公路时不停车收费的目的。本文研究可实现高速公路的智能化管理,大大提高通行效率,减少人力成本。
The ETC has been vigorously promoted in the national highway toll. For some of the problems found in the operation,the paper researches and designs the highway toll collection system based on Internet plus ITC( internet toll collection),and comprehensive applies mobile Internet technology,mobile GIS technology,BDS positioning technology,license plate recognition technology,image recognition technology,mobile payment technology,implements the registration of the vehicle and the audit by the mobile APP technology,pays tolls by mobile.Thus,the purpose of the vehicle to pass the highway without parking fee is realized.
