通过分析和归类图书馆出版服务项目,确定和验证图书馆出版服务可以促进学术交流的注册、认证、告知和存档四大功能,力图从学术交流的视角阐释图书馆出版活动的特点和内容,以期全面揭示图书馆出版服务的学术价值。

By analyzing and classifying libraries＇ publishing service items, this paper verified that it can promote four functions of ac- ademic exchange：registration,certification, notification and archiving. Also, it tries to explain the characteristics and contents of li- brary publishing activities through the perspective of academic exchange, and strives to fully reveal the academic value of library pub- lishing service.
