Risk Analysis and Control of Crowdsourcing Project of Library

在分析图书馆众包项目发展现状和生命周期的基础上,探究图书馆众包项目各阶段可能产生的风险因素。利用风险管理理论对各风险因素进行归纳,构建风险模型,提出风险控制机制。图书馆众包项目生命周期包括5个阶段,共涉及21个风险因素,归纳为能力风险、组织管理风险、操作运行风险、信息风险和知识产权风险5大类。这些风险可从项目选择论证机制、志愿者准入机制、项目管理机制、质量控制机制、信息披露机制、奖惩机制6个方面加以控制。

On the basis of analyzing the status and life cycle of the library crowdsourcing project,this paper studies the full process risks of library crowdsourcing project, concludes and classifies all risk factors, establishes project risk model, puts forward risk con- trol mechanism combined with project risk management theory. The library crowdsourcing project lifecycle includes 5 phases, invol- ving 21 risk factors, and that call he classified 5 items： ability risk, organization and management risk, performance risk, information disclosure risk, and intellectual property risk. The library can control these risks by 6 mechanisms： project assessment, contributor access permission, project management~ quality control; information disclosure, and reward and punishment mechanism.
