摘要
研究设计了一种可重组式轮系传动平台,对轮系传动进行了模块化处理。研究了几种通用的齿轮模块结构,通过改变齿轮及其类型、数目和固定方式,获得不同类型的轮系;研究了通用的齿轮支撑结构和齿轮固定方式,通过固定方式的改变实现定轴轮系、差动轮系、行星轮系之间的转化;并充分利用其可重组性,根据实际需要,研究了在不同环境内满足不同需求的应用轮系,如大传动比轮系、差速器轮系等。该传动平台着眼于目前课堂教学的局限性而设计,操作简便、适合教师学生在实验室使用和演示。
A reconfigurable gear train platform was designed and studied for building block design. Several kinds of gearing modular construction were developed commonly and different types of gear train can be realized by altering the forms, the num- bers and the methods fixed to the gear. Common supporting constructures of gears and the methods to fix the gear were studied, that realized the transformations between the ordinary gear train, the differential gear train and the planetary gear train by chang- ing the fixed modes. In addition, the application gear train which met the different needs in different environments was studied according to the actual requirements, such as large transmission gear train and the differential gear train. The transmission plat- form was designed for the limitation of education at present. It's also easy for teachers and students to use and demonstrate in the laboratory.
