Nails involvement is a very common feature of psoriasis affecting approximately 10 ～80% of patients with psoriasis and 70 ～ 90% of patients with psoriatic arthritis,affecting the appearance of the hand and impairing its normal function,bringing patients with pain and psychological burden,but the treatment of psoriasis is often overlooked.This article reviews the clinical manifestations,the severity index,and various diagnostic methods of nail psoriasis,in particular the case of only nails involvement,and discusses in detail the available treatments,including local treatment,physical therapy,systemic treatment and biological agents,etc. for the clinician to refer.
