甲外科是皮肤外科中专业性比较强的一个分支,甲单位肿瘤的外科治疗并未被广大皮肤外科医生所掌握。本文主要目的是简要介绍甲单位常见良恶性肿瘤手术治疗的一些技术和技巧,包括术前准备、手术部位的暴露、多种肿瘤的切除和术后护理等。

Nail surgery is a special branch of dermatologic surgery. Surgical treatment of nail unit tumors is not widely performed,and many dermatologic surgeons do not feel at ease to perform it. The introduction aims to give a short overview about the technique and skills of the procedures,including proper patient preparation,exposure of the target site,resection of several benign and malignant tumors,and post-operative care.
