摘要
随着3D打印技术在各个领域的应用逐步增多,成型设备的点定位数学原理也变得越来越重要。本文探究了FDM技术类型的3D打印机的成型原理,选取市场主流的笛卡尔坐标系数学原理的3D打印机作为研究对象。对比分析了XYZ型、Core XY型以及DELTA型3D打印机的优势与劣势,为设备的机械结构优化提供依据,最终得出结论。
With the increasing application of 3D printing technology in various fields, the mathematical principle of point posi- tioning for forming equipment is becoming more and more important. This paper explores the shaping principle of FDM technology type 3D printers, and selects the 3D printer, which is the mainstream of the Descartes coordinate system and mathematical prin- ciple as the research object. The advantages and disadvantages of XYZ, Core XY and DELTA 3D printers are compared and analyzed, which provides the basis for optimizing the mechanical structure of the equipment, and finally draws the conclusion.
