新时期电线电缆制造工艺研究

电线电缆制造涉及工艺门类较多,覆盖了有色金属熔炼成型、高分子材料挤出、纤维材料绕包及金属材料的屏蔽、金属带铠装等多个工艺领域,采用的材料品种多、规格多、数量巨大,同时为了满足环保、安全等新时期需求,引入了更多的节能环保高性能材料,以便保证线缆阻燃耐火、绿色环保节能,使用场所广泛。基于笔者多年的工作实践,详细地描述了当前电线电缆制造工艺特点,与制造设备、新材料密不可分,具有相互协调和促进的作用,最后阐述了电线电缆制造工艺流程,为电线电缆制造提供较好的参考和支撑。

wire and cable manufacturing process involves more categories, covering the non-ferrous metal smelting, chemical fiber, plastic and rubber materials wrapping weaving, metal strip welding and other fields, the materials used in many varieties and specifications, a huge number, at the same time in order to meet the needs of the new era of environmental protection and safety, energy saving and environmental protection material introduced more in order to ensure that the cable insulation refractory, green energy-saving. This paper based on the author＇s practice, a detailed description of the current technical characteristics of wire and cable manufacturing, with multiplicity, integrity, rapid demand, closely related with manufacturing equipment, new mate-rials, with coordinate and promote each other, and finally describes the manufacturing process of wire and cable manufacturing, provides a good reference and support for the wire cable.
