铜阳极泥中碲的回收研究进展

Research Progress of Tellurium Recovery from Copper Anode Slime

针对从铜阳极泥中回收Te的原则工艺流程,系统评述了焙烧、浸出、Te的分离与提取及粗Te精炼等主要工序的研究进展,分析比较了各处理技术的优缺点,还介绍了从中间产物碲化亚铜(Cu2Te)中提取Te的方法。在此基础上,指出了当前铜阳极泥回收Te过程中存在的主要问题并提出了相应的解决对策。最后,展望了铜阳极泥回收Te的发展方向。

According to the representative process flowsheet of tellurium recovery from copper anode slime,the research progress is systematically reviewed in the main process steps including roasting,leaching,separation/extraction of tellurium and crude tellurium refining,the advantages and disadvantages of each processing technology are analyzed and compared.The methods of tellurium extraction from the intermediate product of cuprous telluride（Cu2 Te）are also introduced.On this basis,the main problems in tellurium recovery from copper anode slime are pointed out,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.In the end,the development direction of tellurium recovery from copper anode slime is pointed out.
