摘要
使用不同激光通量的超短激光脉冲对WC-Co硬质合金表面进行加工,去除合金表面区域材料形成新的表面,并从表面粗糙度、残余应力及显微硬度几个角度分析经过激光烧蚀切割的合金表面质量受激光通量的影响。结果表明,随着激光通量的增长,硬质合金加工表面粗糙度逐渐增加,压缩残余应力先减小后增大,而硬度基本保持不变。在激光加工过程中硬质合金表面在激光迹线上出现了不规则的微孔,且微孔数量随激光通量的增加而增加。
The surface of WC-Co cemented carbide was ablated by ultrashort laser pulse with different laser flux,to remove part of alloy surface material and form new surface.The influences of laser flux on surface quality of the ablated alloy were analyzed from the aspects of surface roughness,residual stress and microhardness.The results show that with the increase of laser flux,surface roughness of the ablated cemented carbide gradually increases,compressive residual stress decreases at first and then increases,and the microhardness is basically unchanged.During the laser machining process,there are irregular micropores along laser trace on alloy surface,and the number of micropores increases with the increase of the laser flux.
