摘要 在以煤炭作为燃料的燃烧窑烧制陶瓷过程中,因为煤块和煤粉热量值不同,所以两者混合比例不稳定会导致燃烧窑温度波动,从而影响到陶瓷烧制的质量。本文介绍一种基于动态称量与数据库技术的煤炭筛分系统,可以在线检测煤灰、煤块重量,以达到按比例混合,为燃烧窑保持稳定窑温的目的。 In the process of firing ceramics where coal is used as fuel, because the calorific value of lump coal and pulverized coal is different, the instability of the mixture ratio will lead to the fluctuation of kiln temperature and the quality of ceramic firing. This paper introduces a coal screening system based on dynamic weighing and database technology, which can detect the weight of lump coal and pulverized coal on line, so as to keeping the kiln temperature stable, it is proportionally mixed.
