考虑线路恢复代价的机组恢复顺序优化

摘要 新的设备和技术大量应用在电力系统中,提高了系统的安全性和可靠性,但并不能从根本上避免大停电事件的发生。大停电后,合理且可行性高的机组恢复顺序能够加快系统恢复进程。提出了一个线路恢复代价的指标来表征线路恢复操作成功的概率大小,构建了以机组恢复过程中线路恢复的代价倒数和机组提供发电量加权和最大的机组恢复优化模型。在用于解决离散优化问题的改进粒子群优化算法(PSO)基础上加入了遗传算法中的交叉因子,并结合迪克特斯拉(Dijkstra)算法求解了该优化模型。用IEEE30节点系统作为算例进行了仿真计算,其结果验证了所提算法的有效性。 The occurrence of blackout is unavoidable ahhough new equipment and technologies are introduced into power system.The reasonable and practicable sequence of units restoration can ensure the rapidness of the restoration process.A cost index of the line restoration is proposed in this paper to represent the possibility of completeness of actual lines restoration goal. An optimization model is proposed which is to maximize the reciprocal of the line restoration cost and the electric energy production during the units restoration process.The optimization model is solved with the modified particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm,aided by Dijkstra algorithm.The modified PSO,used to optimize discrete problems,is further developed with the crossover factors from genetic algorithm introduce.Simulation result based on the IEEE 30-bus system verifies the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
