摘要
对于螺栓连接的构件,块剪破坏是最常见的失效形式之一。国内外结构设计规范均对构件块剪计算做了相关规定。当前架空输电线路受拉构件块剪计算主要采用DL/T 5154—2012《架空输电线路铁塔结构设计技术规定》中的计算方法,但其与块剪试验破坏模式不一致,且未给出双排螺栓连接时的计算公式。根据输电线路工程设计特点,通过对比分析,将GB 50017—2003《钢结构设计规范》中受拉构件块剪计算方法应用于输电铁塔,并通过仿真验证该方法更贴近于实际工程。鉴于工程中常使用双排螺栓,提出了双排螺栓块剪破坏模式,并给出了计算公式,为后续铁塔设计块剪验算提供参考。
For bolted connections,block shear failure is one of the most common failure modes.Codes for design of steel structures around the world issued several regulations on calculation of the shearing stress.Though "Technical code for the design of tower and pole structures of overhead transmission line" (DL/T 5154-2012) has provided a calculation method of Block Shear failure ,its block shear failure model is not tally with the facts.Furthermore ,it didn't provide the calculation method of Block shear failure for double-row bolted connection.In this paper,based on the characteristics of the tower design and comparative analysis,the calculation method for block shear failure of "Code for design of steel structures" (GB50017- 2003) is found more suitable in this case,verified by simulation analysis.Meanwhile,because of that the double-row bolted connection is widely used, the failure types and calculation method of block shear failure on double-row bolted connection is important and proposed in this paper.This article suggest important improvements to the standard of the block shear failure part which provided valuable guidance for future design and preventing block shear failure.
