Investigation and analysis of medical undergraduates' understanding of forensic medicine

摘要 目的了解医学本科生对法医学学科及教学的认知,指导和调整法医学教学实践。方法无记名调查问卷的方式,调查南昌大学医学院医学类各专业556名大三本科生。结果 31.3%的学生认为法医学属于法学专业,63.7%的学生不清楚法医学除了尸检之外的其他工作内容;课前67.6%的学生愿意从事法医职业,课后只有39.9%愿意从事该职业;42.8%的学生认为尸体解剖"难以忍受或不舒服",48.9%的学生认为现场及尸检照片"难以忍受或不舒服",女生均多于男生;25%的女生对现场及尸检照片表示感兴趣,多于男生(7.7%);41.0%的学生认为法医病理学是最感兴趣的分支学科,51.4%的学生喜欢案例教学,50.3%的学生不希望开设实验课程。结论调查结果对今后的法医学选修课教学具有指导价值。 Objective To learn about the medical unde and our teaching, to guide and adjust our teaching practice. rgraduates' understanding of forensic medicine Questionnaire survey was conducted among 556 junior undergraduate students from different specialties in medical school of Nanchang university anonymously. Results 31.3% of the students 63.7 % of the students do not know other work are willing think forensic science belongs to the discipline of law; of forensic medicine besides autopsy; 67.6% of students to start their career in forensic medicine before class, however, only 39. 9% remained after having class after class; 42. 8% of the students think autopsy "unbearable or uncomfortable" ; 48.9% of the students think the scene and autopsy photos are "unbearable or uncomfortable", and the girls are overall more than the boys ; 25 % of iris are interested in the scene and autopsy photos, and they are more than boys (7.7%). 41.0% of the students think forensic pathology is the most interesting branch; 51.4% of the students like case teaching, and 50. 3% of students do not want the experiment lessons. Conclusion This investigation has guidance value for the forensic medicine teaching.
