预钙化处理对生物多孔钛表面形貌及细胞活性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以钛网层叠烧结方法制备的多孔钛样品为载体,孔隙率约为50%,最大孔径为150μm。将碱热处理后的样品依次放入Na_2HPO_4溶液和饱和Ca(OH)_2溶液中浸泡进行预钙化处理,制备表面具有钙磷涂层的生物多孔钛。研究了钙磷涂层的表面形貌及化学成分,探讨了涂层的形成机理,进行体外细胞毒性试验并分析了预钙化对多孔钛表面细胞活性的影响。结果表明,样品表面的网状三维孔隙结构被均匀的钙磷涂层覆盖,预钙化后多孔钛表面细胞存活率明显高于未经处理的多孔钛样品,预钙化可促进多孔钛表面细胞的早期粘附和增殖。
