摘要
针对近年来许多组织机构知识库的体量和复杂度不断增长,利用难度越来越高的现状,本文提出了一种结合人工智能自然语言理解技术的知识库导航系统的设计方案,并以地震局的信息管理部门需求为例子,介绍了原型系统的设计、开发和应用方法。该系统在后端整合多种业务信息系统,在前端向用户提供对话式的人机交互接口,提升了人员对组织知识库的操控能力,也从而提升了知识库的利用率。本文方案具有易实现,易扩展和易用性高的特点,具有较好的应用潜力。
In view of the increasing volume and complexity of many organizational knowledge bases in recent years, it is becoming more and more difficult to make use of them. This paper presents a design scheme of knowledge base navigation system based on artificial inteUigence natural language understanding technology, and takes the information management department of Seismological Bureau as an example. The design, development and application of the prototype system are introduced. The system integrates a variety of business information systems in the back end, and provides interactive interface to users in the front end, which improves the ability of personnel to manipulate the organizational knowledge base and thus improves the utilization rate of the knowledge base. The scheme of this paper is easy to realize, easy to expand and easy to use, and has good application potential.
