护理垂直管理下的“1+N”护理单元运行模式及效果

The Operating Model and Effect of "1+N" Nursing Unit under Vertical Nursing Management

目的:探讨护理垂直管理下的"1+N"护理单元运行模式及效果。方法:选择2015年1月至12月期间,3个不同专业独立运行的较小护理单元运行情况为对照组;2016年1月至12月期间,将此3个独立运行护理单元合并成1个护理单元,医疗单元维持不变,即"1+N"运行模式作为实验组。探讨比较两种模式的运行效果。结果:实验组人力、物力资源成本明显低于对照组;实验组床位使用率、患者满意度、护士满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理垂直管理下"1+N"护理单元运行模式能降低运行成本,有效提高床位使用率、患者满意度及护士满意度,是解决小规模护理单元运行成本过高,效率不佳,床位短缺与浪费矛盾的有效运行模式,值得推广。

Objective： To explore the operating model and effect of ＂1 ＋ N＂ nursing unit under vertical nursing management.Methods： Three small independently operating nursing units from January to December of 2015 were chosen as the control group.During the period from January to December of 2016, the three small independently operating nursing units were combined into one nursing unit, but the medical unit remained the same, namely the nursing unit called ＂1＋N＂ operating model formed by three different medical units was taken as the experimental group. This study explored and compared the effects of two models. Results： The cost of manpower and material resources in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The rate of bed utilization rate, patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： ＂1＋N＂ nursing unit under vertical nursing management can reduce the operating cost and improve the bed utilization rate,satisfaction of patient and nurse, and is an effective operating model which can help solve such problems as high cost of small-scale nursing unit operation, low efficiency, the contradiction of waste and shortage of beds, so it is worthy of promotion.
