毕节市林业产业链培育实践与探析

Practice and Analysis to the Cultivation of Forestry Industry Chain in Bijie

当前,毕节市林业呈现第一产业资源总量逐年增加、第二产业发展规模不断壮大、第三产业发展方兴未艾等优势,产业链呈现注重林木良种繁育、示范园区建设、发展林下经济、产品精深加工、产品营销服务等特点,但在森林资源、经果林产业、经营机制、林业技术力量、服务体系等方面存在一系列问题。因此,毕节林业产业的发展,需要在供给质量、龙头带动、多元投资、政策及科技支撑、责任落实等方面进行改革,才能取得更大发展。

Following the instructions of Three major research projects of Bijie Party Committee, in order to provide a policy reference for promoting the development of Bijie forestry industry better and faster, the re- search group of Forestry Bureau went deep into counties and districts in November-December of 2017, ana- lyzed and pondered over the forestry industry status, the construction of industry chain cultivation and some ex- isting problems and reasons, then put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
