摘要
微生物作为一门重要的基础学科,在提高学生科学素养和知识基础方面起重要的作用。传统的微生物实验课程中,存在着各个实验相互独立、学生动手能力不强等问题,这影响了课堂教学的效果。要解决这些问题,教师需进行积极的探索与改革,可通过优化实验内容、改进教学方法等多种措施来增强学生对微生物实验的参与兴趣,从而提高实践技能,增加基础知识储备。
Microbiological Experiment is a basic course for undergraduates of biology relevant speciahy in university. However, there are many issues during the traditional microbial experiment course such as inde- pendent experiment program and low experimental ability of students. As a result, teachers need to actively ex- plore and reform, through optimized the experiment content, improved teaching methods to enhance students interesting in the participation of microbiological laboratory, so as to improve practical skills, increase knowl- edge reserves.
