摘要 针对传统的光缆自动监测系统无法满足目前光缆传输网实时监测与管理的问题,设计了一种基于NXP K60控制器的多通道光时域反射仪(OTDR)监测系统。该监测系统以K60作为控制核心,驱动光开关切换相应的测试光路,应用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现光信号的采集。介绍了主要模块的硬件模块、基于MQX实时操作系统(RTOS)的系统总体软件结构和远程交互协议接口。结合控制器上的智能算法,生成了所设计的OTDR监测系统的测试结果——准确显示故障告警。 In view of the problem that the traditional optical cable automatic monitoring system can not meet the real-time monitoring and management of the optical cable transmission network, a multi-channel optical time domain reflectometry(OTDR) monitoring system based on the NXP K60 controller is designed. The monitoring system which uses K60 as the control core can choose the corresponding test optical channel by driving the optical switch. And the field programmable gate array(FPGA) is used to achieve optical signal acquisition. The hardware module of the main module, the overall software structure of the system based on MQX real-time operating system(RTOS) and the remote interactive protocol interface are all introduced.Combining with the intelligent algorithm on the controller, the test results of the designed OTDR monitoring system are generated——the fault alarm is accurately displayed.
