Using coupling theory in physics, the coupling interaction mechanism among the coastal city economy, marine ecological environment and yacht tourism industry was discussed, and coupling evaluation model and indices of three systems were constructed. Based on the improved entropy method, the model of coupled degree and coupled coordination degree was used to calculate each degree of regional economy, marine ecological environment and yacht tourism industry systems of sixteen coastal cities, and Pearson correlation coefficient method was applied to discuss the internal relationship among various factors in three systems. The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of three systems were not high, which could be further divided into three lag types as regional economic lag, marine ecological environment lag and yacht tourism industry lag. The three systems had high coupling degrees, but low coupled coordination degree which had obvious regional differences. There were significant correlations between various factors within the system. Therefore the paper suggests identifying the short barrels according to local conditions, coordinating the relationship between development and protection, deepening the integration of yacht industry in order to promote the coupled development of three systems
