摘要 准确、快速建立海岛建筑物的三维立体模型对于海岛生态保护与开发利用、海岛建设项目监督和管理、海岛权益维护等具有重要意义。其中建筑物高度数据是三维模型建立的重要基础数据。如何快速、准确获取成为研究的重点和难点。本文通过对比、分析现行的高度数据提取方法,选择利用高分遥感影像进行建筑物阴影测高法,以河北省月岛为实验区,进行了建筑物高度提取,并和实际高度进行对比,对阴影测高法测量高度进行精度评价。 A good 3 D model set up accurately and quickly for buildings on the islands not only has significant influence on island ecology protection, exploitation and utilization, but can also support the supervision and management of island construction and the safeguard of national island rights and interests. The building height is one of the important basic data supporting the island 3 D model. It is both important and difficult to research how to obtain the height quickly and accurately.In this study, the current methods of building height data extraction were compared, and the shadow method of height determination based on high-resolution remote sensing images was selected to estimate the building height of the Yue Island in Hebei Province as the experimental region. Then the height data was compared with the actual height, and the accuracy of the data was evaluated for the shadow method of height determination.
