基于贵州省金融发展点的“货币银行学”课程教学范式改革应用研究

Research on the teaching paradigm reform of the course of money and banking based on the financial development point of Guizhou Province

贵州作为我国大数据发展的先行者和探索者,贵州金融有望成为西南地区最具影响力的金融中心以及大数据金融创新集聚地。在此背景下,贵州对于应用型金融人才的需求无疑将更具有倾向性。因此,我校金融专业的培养目标定位为地方经济金融发展输入应用型人才,而人才培养目标的实现是依靠教学的各个环节、各门课程逐步实现的。而"货币银行学"这门课程在金融学基础学科中起承至关重要的作用。本文结合省域金融发展点进行的教学范式改革,针对案例教学环节、实践环节、科研方向培养、评分环节进行了改革尝试,旨在提高本门课程教学的实用性,以培养适应社会需要的高素质创新人才。

Guizhou as the pioneer and explorer of China＇s large data development, Guizhou Finance is expected to become the most influential financial center in southwest region and the large data financial innovation agglomeration. Therefore, Guizhoug demand for applied financial talents will undoubtedly be more tendentious. The training goal of finance specialty in our university is to input applied talents in local economic and financial development, and the realization of talent training goal is to realize by every link and course of teaching. The course of ＂money and banking＂ plays an important role in the basic discipline of finance. In this paper, the reform of teaching paradigm, which is based on the provincial financial development point, is aimed at improving the practicality of the teaching of the course, in order to cultivate the high quality innovative talents who meet the needs of the society.
