浅谈历史文化街区的保护——以福州三坊七巷为例

Disscussion on the Protection of Historic and Cultural Blocks——Taking Three Lanes and Seven Alleys of Fuzhou as an Example

历史街区是一个城市文化核心的体现,其街区环境和文化价值备受关注。但是随着城市化进程的加快,对于文化街区的保护暴露出诸多问题。对此,笔者以福州三坊七巷为例,对三坊七巷改造中出现的情况进行调查研究,发现历史文化载体的消失、仿古建筑泛滥、管理的缺失和宣传力度的薄弱是存在的主要问题。而通过强化载体、动态保护、公众管理和加强宣传的手段可以有效地解决以上问题。

Historic blocks reflect the core culture of a city, and its environmental and cultural values have received extensive attention. However, many issues have been exposed to the protection of cultural blocks with the acceleration of urbanization. This paper investigates the situation of the reconstructing Three Lanes and Seven Lanes in Fuzhou. And the results show that the salient problems are the disappearance of historic and cultural carriers, the proliferation of antique imitation buildings, the lack of management, and the weakness of propaganda. The above problems can be effectively solved by strengthening carriers, dynamic protection, public management, and promoting publicity.
