高校物流专业发展与人才培养模式改革研究

Research on the Development of College Logistics Specialty and the Reform of Talent Training Mode

人才培养模式是专业人才培养的基石,是专业健康发展的关键。论文首先对影响物流管理专业发展的因素进行了梳理;其次就人才培养模式存在的问题进行分析,并提出人才培养模式改革的基本步骤,为高校物流管理专业人才培养模式改革提供可行参考。

Talent cultivation is the cornerstone of professional development, the key to professional health. Firstly, the factors that influence the development of logistics management specialty are sorted out. Secondly, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the personnel training mode, and puts forward the basic steps of the personnel training mode reform, so as to provide a feasible reference for the personnel training mode reform of logistics management major in colleges and universities.
