应激相关诊断标志物的研究进展

动物体在其生长发育过程中，在应激源的刺激下，会发生各种应激反应，从而影响畜禽生产性能，严重的还会导致动物死亡，给畜禽产业造成了巨大的经济损失，同时限制其快速发展。而衡量动物应激状态的重要指标就是寻找动物应激诊断标志物，这对动物应激的早期监测具有重要意义。现主要针对应激状态下应激相关诊断标志物，结合相关蛋白质、激素及miRNA等进行综述。

Animals growth and development process will be suffered from a variety of stress stimulation, resulting in reduced animal production performance, causing huge economic losses. Finding animal stress diagnostic markers is important for early monitoring of animal stress. In this paper, the stress status marker, combined with the relevant protein, hormones and miRNAs were reviewed.
