ISBAR结构化沟通模式在急诊科护理人员交接班中的应用及效果评价 被引量:36

摘要 目的:探讨和研究ISBAR结构化沟通模式应用于急诊科护理人员交接班中的效果,以期规范护理人员交接班内容,减少信息传递不良导致的护理隐患,提升交接班质量。方法:成立专案小组,通过制作宣传海报、进行专题培训和场景演练等多途径宣传与培训,规范急诊护理人员交接班方式。结果:ISBAR结构化沟通模式实施后护理人员交班质量的平均分值由(7.22±0.93)分提升至(8.14±0.54)分,接班质量的平均分值由(7.22±0.91)分提升至(8.08±0.58)分,两者差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);护士交班满意度部分条目分值高于实施前(P<0H05)。结论:通过ISBAR结构化沟通模式在交接班中的实践应用,规范了护理人员交接班内容,提高了交接班满意度,保障了护理安全。 Objective To explore and investigate the effect of ISBAR structured communication model applied to emergency department nursing handover process,in order to standardize the content of nursing handover,reduce the potential risks caused by poor information delivery and improve the quality of handing over.Methods The specific project group was established to standardize nursing handover process through the production of posters,special training programs,workshop and many other ways.Results After the implementation of ISBAR structured communication model,the mean score of handover quality was increased from(7.22±0.93) points to(8.14±0.54),and the average score of succession was increased from(7.22 ± 0.91) to(8.08 ± 0.58),the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.01).Part of nurses satisfaction scores with handover process were higher than before implementation(P〈0.05).Conclusion Through the application of ISBAR structured communication model,the handover process of nursing staff and the content of handover in emergency department were standardized,the satisfaction of handover was improved,and ensured nursing safety.
