摘要
目的:初步了解浦东新区医联体运行状况和存在问题。方法:现况调查与定性访谈相结合的方式。结果:医联体的法人治理结构尚不完善;资源和信息平台建设尚未完全建成;患者就医行为有所改变;医联体发展形式与其区域实际相符合。结论:需进一步完善医联体的治理结构;资源和信息平台建设可为医联体发展提供强大的助力;良好的就诊秩序正在逐步形成;因地制宜,广泛开展具有区域特色的医联体实践形式。
Objective To analyze the operation of regional medical association in Pudong District of Shanghai and its problems.Method Methods of cross-sectional survey and qualitative interview were conducted.Results The corporate governance structure of regional medical association is not perfect.The construction of resources and information platform has not yet been completed.Medical-care-seeking behaviors of patients has changed to some degree.The development form of medical associations conforms to the regional characteristics.Conclusion It is necessary to improve the corporate governance structure of medical associations and the construction of resources and information platform.The order of medical services is gradually formed.It is suggested to adjust measures to local conditions by characterized practice of medical associations.
