摘要
随着网络购物的蓬勃发展,转运作为一种能够减少缺货成本和运输成本的方式,在网站商城的产品调度中发挥着重要作用。为了研究不确定环境下的供应链转运最优策略,考虑一个网站商城和多个网络零售商组成的二级供应链系统,综合考虑各零售商库存水平,产品价格,客户需求,转运距离等因素,讨论了这些因素对转运的影响大小。并在此基础上,提出了一种基于云模型的网络零售商之间产品转运评价方法,通过此方法可以将不确定因素的定量评价转换为定性评价,使评价结果更为合理和真实。同时该方法简单有效,易于实现,特别适合于网络商城产品转运需要快捷方便的特点。最后,通过算例对结论进行了说明,表明了所提出的评价方法的可行性和有效性。
With the development of online shopping, transshipment takes an important role in reducing the cost of out of stock and transportation. In order to study the optimal transshipment in the uncertain environment, a supply chain which is composed of several online retailers under the control of one network shopping mall is considered in this paper. The uncertain factors that influence the effect of transshipment are the product demand, the product price, transshipment distance and inventory. An evaluation of transshipment between e-shops in network shopping mall is proposed by considering the above uncertain factors. With this method, the evaluation result is more reasonable and actual by transformation between quantitative analysis and qualitative evaluation. It's more suitable for the transshipment of network shopping malls in that it's similar with human thinking. Finally, the simulation result shows that the method is feasible and provides a good practical way for transshipment under uncertain factors in the network shopping mall.
