气-液两相CO2流量装置流量稳定性控制研究

摘要 流量标准装置是CCUS系统CO2流量测量研究的必要实验测试平台。为了提高气-液两相CO2流量装置的流量稳定性,在分析流量稳定性影响因素的基础上,综合考虑温度、压力和流量之间的相互耦合,提出了流量稳定性控制系统的结构,并设计了控制策略。根据控制策略编制了气-液两相CO2流量装置的流量稳定性控制软件。在不同温度、压力状态下进行了CO2流量稳定性的测试。测试数据表明,装置的单相液体和单相气体流量稳定性优于0.5%;气-液两相实验段温度稳定性优于0.5℃/h,压力稳定性优于0.05 MPa/h。 The flow standard rig is a necessary test platform for the research of CO2 flow measurement in CCUS system. In order to improve the flow stability of gas-liquid two-phase CO2 flow rig, the structure of the flow stability control system is put forward, and the control strategy is designed by comprehensively considering the inter-coupling between the temperature, pressure and flow rate based on analyzing the influence factors of the flow stability. The flow stability control software of gas-liquid two-phase CO2 flow rig is made according to the control strategy. Tests of CO2 flow stability are carried out under different temperature and pressure conditions. It is shown by the test data that the flow stability of single-phase liquid and gas CO2 is better than 0.5 %, the temperature stability at gas-liquid two-phase test section is better than 0.5 ℃/h, and the pressure stability is better than 0.05 MPa/h.
