摘要
水平井分簇射孔关键在于对井段划分、簇间距、簇位置和布孔数的合理设计,确保后期压裂施工具有良好的储层改造效果。从水平井工程甜点井段评价出发,综合考虑储层可压性指数、物性指数、裂缝诱导应力场和破裂压力剖面等因素,提出了一套完整的致密油水平井分簇射孔设计新方法,其特点在于考虑因素全面,能根据物性、可压性和应力分布进行合理分段,结合段内应力干扰合理分簇,基于段内各簇裂缝均衡扩展合理布孔。开发相应的致密油水平井分簇射孔优化设计软件,对长庆油田A井进行了分析,效果显著,表明该方法和设计软件具有较好的指导意义和推广价值。
The key of horizontal multi-cluster perforation is rational design of stages,cluster spaces,cluster positions and perforation numbers of each cluster,so as to ensure that the subsequent fracturing construction has a good effect on reservoir reconstruction.However,insufficient researches on optimizing cluster spaces,cluster positions and perforation number are popular problems existed in most fields.This paper proposes a new method for designing multicluster perforation of tight oil horizontal well.Which comprehensively considers factors which influence the evaluation of engineering desserts such as fracability,physical property,stress field,and breakdown pressure.This new method can reasonably calculate stage number and position based on fracability,physical property and stress distribution,the cluster number and position based on stress interference within a stage,and the hole number within each perforation based on the even expansion of the fractures.Moreover,a software for tight oil horizontal well multi-cluster perforation design is also developed.After applying to the design of Well A in Changqing oil field,it is found that the effect is very great.Which indicate that the method and software have good guiding significance and promotion value for tight oil horizontal well multicluster perforation design.
