摘要 目的:收集甘肃不同生态区域蒙古黄芪种苗,制定种苗质量分级标准分析种苗等级与药材产量的相互关系,为黄芪规范化生产提供理论支撑。方法:在甘肃省不同生态育苗区共收集35份蒙古黄芪种苗,测定各产区种苗单株鲜重、根长、根粗、芽体长、芽体个数、病斑度等指标,采用K-均值聚类法将种苗分级。后将不同等级种苗移栽,分析种苗等级与药材产量的相互关系。结果:甘肃省不同生态育苗区蒙古黄芪种苗分为3个等级:一级种苗单株鲜重≥6.17 g,根长≥39.09 cm,根粗≥6.07 mm;二级种苗的单株鲜重为5.73~6.16 g,根长为31.32~39.08 cm,根粗为5.64~6.07 cm;三级种苗单株鲜重为3.27~5.72 g,根长为25.11~31.31 cm,根粗为5.02~5.63 mm。结论:黄芪产量随着种苗等级降低而减少,生产中采用一、二级种苗进行种植,可获得较高的产量。 Objective: To collect Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus seedlings from different ecological areas in Gansu Province, formulate quality grading standards for seedlings and provide theoretical support for Astragalus standardization production. Methods: 35 Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus were collected from different ecological nursery areas in Gansu Province. Then the fresh weight,seedling rough,seedling length,bud body length,number of buds,spot and other quality of seedling were measured. K-mean clustering method was used to divide seedlings into three grades,the relationship between the grade of seedling and the yield of medicinal materials was studied after different grades were planted. Results: The different ecological nursery area of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus seedling was divided into three grades in Gansu Province: The per plant fresh weight of the optimal seeding,seedling length and seedling rough was more than 6.17 g,39.09 cm and 6.07 mm,respectively; The per plant fresh weight of the second seedling was 5.73-6.16 g,the length of seedling was 31.32-39.08 cm,the rough of seedling was 5.64-6.07 cm; The per plant fresh weight of the third seedling was 3.27-5.72 g,the length of seedling was25.11-31.31 cm,the rough of seedling was 5.02-5.63 mm. Conclusion: There was a correlation between seedling grade and yield of Astragalus membranaceus mongholicus. Higher yields and quality will be obtained by using optimal or second seedlings for planting in the normalized production.
