摘要 图书馆资源发现管理系统为用户提供了个性化、一站式和整合性的信息服务。基于生理信号的用户体验评价能反映用户操作系统时的状态,从而体现系统的有用性和易用性。以超星发现系统为例,研究人员选取15名江苏大学教师用户完成覆盖系统全功能的24项情境任务,同步测量用户的脑电SMR波、脑电θ波、皮肤电导等生理信号,辅以问卷与访谈,最终综合评价系统功能的有用性及易用性情况。 Library resource discovery management system provides personalized,one-stop and integrated information service. User experience evaluation based on physiological signal can reflect the state of users when they operate the system,thus manifests the availability and accessibility of the system.Taking Chaoxing Discovery System as an example,the researchers select 15 teachers from Jiangsu University to complete 24 contextual tasks covering whole function of the system,at the same time,measure the electroencephalogram SMR wave,theta wave and skin conductance as physiological signal,supplemented by questionnaires and interviews,finally,comprehensively evaluate the availability and accessibility of the system function.
