基于专利金奖的中国高价值专利区域布局情报分析

Information Analysis on Regional Layout of China's High Value Patents Based on Patent Gold Award

获得中国专利奖的专利是中国高价值专利的典范,研究其专利情报有助于为我国专利管理部门培育高价值专利提供参考依据。将中国大陆地区分为东、中、西3个区域,分别研究不同区域获奖专利的布局情况,得出以下结论:获奖专利数量依次减少的顺序是东部地区、中部地区和西部地区;在创新主体方面,企业是最为重要的创新主体,除此之外,东部和中部地区的创新主体还集中在高校和科研院所,西部地区集中在个人;在专利性质方面,东部和西部地区分别在产品方法专利和产品专利中占有优势,中部地区居中;在技术领域方面,东部地区的作业运输和电学技术领域专利比例略高,中部地区在纺织造纸、固定建筑、机械工程和物理4个技术领域专利保有优势,西部地区在生活需要和化学冶金两个技术领域专利优势明显。

The patents of China Patent Award are the model of China＇s high value patents. The study of their patent information is helpful to provide reference for Chinese patent management departments to cultivate high value patents. This paper divides the mainland of China into 3 regions which are eastern,central and western region,and studies the distribution of prize-winning patents in different regions,and draws the following conclusions： the sequentially reduced order of prize-winning patents number is eastern,central and western region;on the innovation subject,the enterprise is the most important innovation subject,in addition,the innovation subjects in the eastern and central region are also concentrated in universities and scientific research institutes,and the innovation subjects in the western region are also concentrated in the individual;on the patent nature,the eastern and western region have advantages in product method patents and product patents,and the central region is the middle level;on the technology field,the proportion of patents in the field of operation transport and electrical technology in the eastern region is slightly higher,the central region has patent advantages in four technical fields of textile paper making,fixed construction,mechanical engineering and physics,the western region has patent advantages in two technical fields of living needs and chemical metallurgy.
