7月4日，2018山东省第24届运动会开幕式倒计时100天启动仪式在青岛举行，备受关注的第24届省运会正式进入倒计时阶段，办赛工作也全面迎来实战。据了解，第24届省运会将于10月12日至20日在青岛举行，共设29个大项比赛840个小项比赛，参赛选手将以17市为单位分别组成代表团参加。实际上，省运会预赛已于3月15日启动，将于8月底全部结束。决赛从7月16日持续到10月20日。据统计，参加本届省运会预赛的运动员达1.2万人，其中近9000名运动员将进入决赛。
The 100-day countdown of the 24th Shandong Provincial Sports Meeting started on July 4.
