社区老龄服务中的精神关爱研究

Research on Care for the Spiritual Needs of the Elderly:from the Perspective of Community-based Care

通过对189位老年人的访谈发现,社区老龄服务中的精神关爱存在服务主体缺位、服务供需错位和服务内容不到位等问题。制度悬空化、需求书斋化、保障贫瘠化和服务行政化,既是问题产生的根源,也是社区精神关爱的发展痛点。提出如下应对策略:制度落地,保障社区精神关爱有序开展;供需精准,实施社区精神关爱标准化建设;服务专业,推进社区精神关爱职业化建设;资源整合,支持市场化参与社区精神关爱和科技助力,实现智慧社区与老年友好社区文化营造。

Based on interviews of 189 older persons, this paper identified such problems in community-based spiritual care for the elderly as lack of service providers, inadequate service and mismatch of supply and demand. Unworkable policies, impractical demand of service, insufficient supporting measures and bureaucratic red tape are the root causes of these problems as well as the sticking point of community-based spiritual care service. This paper thus proposed several countermeasures. First, making policies easier to implement and guaranteeing that community-based spiritual care service is provided in an orderly way. Second, matching supply and demand better and making service-providing more standardized. Third, training relevant staff who are focused on spiritual care to make service-providing more professional. Fourth, integrating resources.encouraging market players to participate in this sector, and harnessing technologies to build smart and elderly-friendly communities.
