摘要
目的:通过研究不同钠盐胁迫下远志种子的萌发特性,为盐碱地中远志的前期育苗提供参考,提高远志的产量,促进盐碱地的高效利用。方法:采用单盐NaCl,Na2C03,Na2S04和混合盐NaCl+Na2S04,NaCl+Na2C03+Na:C03+Na2SO+NaCl+Na2CO3+Na2SO4不同钠盐溶液对远志种子的发芽过程进行胁迫,以蒸馏水为对照,每天统计并记录发芽数,计算发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数和活力指数,发芽结束后测量株高,根长,鲜重及干重。结果:当NaCl浓度≥150mmol·L-1,混合盐Na+(NaCl+Na2s04)浓度≥50mmol·L-1,混合盐Na’(NaCl+Na2c03)浓度≥100mmol-L-1,混合盐Na’(Na2c03+Na2s04)浓度≥25mmol·L-1,混合盐Na+(NaCl+Na2C03+Na2S04)浓度≥50mmol·L-1时,处理组的发芽率显著低于蒸馏水组(P〈0.05),显著抑制远志种子的发芽。当Na2CO3,浓度≥5mmol·L-1时,种子的发芽率与蒸馏水组相比显著降低(P〈0.05),显著抑制远志种子的发芽,且随着浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强。结论:低浓度的NaCl,Na2SO4,NaCl+Na2SO3,NaCl+Na2CO3,Na2CO3+Na2SO4,NaCl+Na:CO2+Na2SO4盐溶液对远志种子的萌发无影响,随着浓度的增大,对远志种子的发芽有显著的抑制作用。单盐Na2CO3溶液对种子发芽的抑制作用最强,Na2CO3≥5mmol·L。时对远志种子的萌发具有显著的抑制作用,且随着胁迫浓度的增大,抑制作用逐渐增强。
Objective: To provide reference for the early seedling cultivation of Polygala tenuifolia in saline alkali soil, improve the yield of P. tenuifolia, and promote the efficient utilization of saline alkali soil by studying the germination characteristics of P. tenuifolia seeds under different sodium salt stress conditions. Method: P. tenuifolia seed germination was stressed with the single salt NaC1, Na2CO3, Na2SO4 and mixed salt NaC1 + Na2SO4 , NaC1 + Na2CO3 , Na2CO3 + Na2SO4 , NaC1 + NaECO3 + NaESQ salt solution, with distilled water as the control. The number of germination was counted and recorded everyday; the germination potential, germination rate, germination index and vigor index were calculated ; the root height, shoot height, fresh weight and dry weight were measured after germination. Result: When the NaC1 concentrations〉 150 mmol.L-1, Na+mixed salt ( NaC1 + Na2S04 ) concentration≥50 mmol'L-1, Na + mixed salt ( NaC1 + Na2C03 ) concentration I〉 100 mmol-L-I, Na+mixed salt ( Na2C03 + Na2S04 ) concentration≥ 25 mmol · L-1 Na + mixed salt ( NaC1 +Na2CO3 + Na2S04) concentrations〉50 mmol-L-I, the germination rate of treatment group was significant lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05) , significantly inhibiting the germination of seeds. When the Na2CO3 concentration ≥5 mmol'L-l, the germination rate of the seed was significantly lower than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05) , significantly inhibiting the germination of seeds of P. tenuifolia, and the inhibitory effect was gradually increased with the increase of concentration. Conclusion: The results showed that low concentration of NaC1, Na2S04, NaC1 + Na2SO4, NaC1 + Na2CO3, Na2CO3 + Na2SO4, NaC1 + Na2CO3 + Na2SO4 salt solution had no effect on germination of seeds, but with the increase of concentration, they had obvious inhibitory effect on the germination of seeds. Single salt Na2CO3 solution had the strongest inhibitory effect on seed germination; Na2C03≥5 mmol .L-1 had significant inhibitory effecton germination of seeds, and the effect was gradually increasedwith the increase of stress concentration.
