《灵枢·官针》刺法探究

A Study on Acupuncture Manipulations of Lingshu·Guanzhen

《灵枢》在针灸界有着重要的地位,书中《官针》篇共分三大类26种刺法,分别是五刺、九刺和十二刺。该篇26种刺法各具特色,彼此独立又互相联系。为了更好的理解及应用这些刺法,为以后的学习或临床提供参考及借鉴意义,现根据其特色,对其进行追踪溯源,并进行归类总结,归纳为刺五体层次类、取穴配穴类、局部多针刺法类以及特殊操作类四大方面,在总结的同时与现代类似刺法作比较,探讨分析各类规律,以窥其精义所在。

Lingshu plays an important role in the field of acupuncture. There are 26 types of acupuncture manipulations recorded in Guanzhen chapter in the book. They are concluded into three categories,i. e. five ancient needling techniques,nine ancient needling techniques and Twelve ancient needling techniques. Those 26 kinds of acupuncture manipulations have their own characteristics,and they are independent and interconnected. For better understanding and application of these manipulations,this study classified them into the categories of needling five body constituents,the categories of selection and compatibility of points,local multiple needling,and specific manipulations. At the same time its similarity to modern acupuncture was also explored in this study.
