针刺治疗对T细胞亚群影响的研究进展

Research Progress of Effect of Acupuncture Therapy on T Cell Subsets

特异性和非特异性免疫功能都可通过针刺的作用调节发生相应的改变。为探讨针灸对免疫作用的机理,本研究通过查阅大量国内外文献,分别从T细胞亚群的来源、分类与作用;针刺与免疫的关系以及针刺疗法对T细胞亚群的影响及在临床中的应用等方面,总结出针灸治疗可以调节Th1/Th2平衡以及Th17/Treg平衡。证实针灸治疗对免疫功能的良性双向调节作用,针灸治疗对T细胞亚群的调节作用具有复杂性、多元化的特点。

Both specific and non-specific immune functions can be regulated by acupuncture. In order to investigate the mechanism of acupuncture on immune function,this study concluded that acupuncture can regulate Th1/Th2 balance and Th17/Treg balance by reviewing the source,classification and role of T cell subsets from a large number of domestic and overseas literatures,as well as by reviewing the relationship between acupuncture and immunity and the effect of acupuncture on T cell subsets in clinical applications. It is confirmed that the acupuncture has two-way benign regulation on immune system,and its effect on T cell subsets has the feature of complexity and diversity.
