城乡建设用地空间优化布局探析——以贵州省兴义市为例

Discussion on the Optimization Layout of Urban and Rural Construction Land——Taking Xingyi City,Guizhou Province as an Example

城乡建设用地一直以来是经济建设的重中之重。特别是进入新世纪以来,伴随着我国各地区、各层面不断发展以及城镇化进程的加快,经济建设用地逐年增加,用地矛盾与日俱增。与此同时,由于我国发展的区域不平衡,导致各地区的发展速度不一致,差距也越来越大。正因为如此,如何规划出一份合理、利用率高、可持续发展的城乡建设用地是需要深入研究与讨论的问题。

Urban and rural construction land has always been the most important economic construction. Especially after entering the new century,along with China＇s various regions,all levels of continuous development and urbanization process to speed up,with the economic construction land increased year by year,the lurking contradictions growing. At the same time,due to the uneven development of China ＇s regional,leading to the development of different regions are not the same,the gap is also growing. Because of this,how to plan a reasonable,the use of efficient,sustainable development of urban and rural construction land is the need for in-depth study and discussion of the problem.
