康复新液联合三联疗法治疗活动期胃溃疡的疗效及对血清hs-CRP水平的影响

Curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with triple therapy on active gastric ulcer and its effect on serum hs-CRP level

目的探讨康复新液联合以兰索拉唑为主的三联疗法治疗活动期胃溃疡(GU)的临床治疗效果及对患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的影响。方法 80例活动期胃溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予三联疗法(兰索拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林),观察组在对照组基础上加用康复新液治疗,比较两组患者的疗效、幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率及治疗前后血清hs-CRP水平。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(90.0%)明显高于对照组(72.5%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.021,P=0.045);观察组Hp根除率(92.5%)明显高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.501,P=0.034<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清hs-CRP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者血清hs-CRP水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者血清hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合三联疗法治疗活动期胃溃疡患者的疗效显著,可有效地降低炎症反应,Hp根除率更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with Lansoprazole based triple therapy in the treatment of active gastric ulcer（GU） and the effect on serum hypersensitivity C reactive protein（hs-CRP） level in patients. Methods A total of 80 GU patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given triple therapy（Lansoprazole ＋ Clarithromycin ＋ Amoxicillin）, the observation group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, Helicobacter pylori（Hp） eradication rate and serum hsCRP level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%, which was significantly higher than 72.5% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.021, P=0.045）, and the Hp eradication rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.501, P=0.0340.05）. There was no significant difference in the serum hs-CRP level between the two groups before treatment（P0.05）. After treatment, the level of serum hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the serum hs-CRP level of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Kangfuxin Liquid combined with triple therapy on active gastric ulcer is effective. It can effectively reduce the inflammatory reaction, and the eradication rate of Hp is higher.
