强的松联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and safety analysis of Prednisone combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate in the treatment of oral lichen planus

目的探讨强的松联合硫酸氢喹对口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的治疗作用。方法 74例口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组37例。对照组单用强的松治疗,观察组采用强的松联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%,明显高于对照组的78.38%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为10.81%,明显低于对照组的29.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强的松联合硫酸羟氯喹治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓效果确切,也具有较高安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Prednisone combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate in the treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods A total of 74 patients with oral lichen planus were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital table method, 37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Prednisone alone, the observation group was treated with Prednisone combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.59%, which was significantly higher than 78.38%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.81%,which was significantly lower than 29.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Prednisone combined with Hydroxychloroquine Sulfate is effective and safe in the treatment of oral lichen planus.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
