甲强龙治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨甲强龙治疗小儿支原体肺炎的效果。方法 60例小儿支原体肺炎患儿,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和甲强龙组,每组30例。两组患儿均给予常规治疗,在此基础上对照组给予单一大环内酯类药物治疗,甲强龙组给予大环内酯类药物联合甲强龙治疗。比较两组患儿临床疗效,症状消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、出院时间,治疗前后患儿血气指标、C反应蛋白(CRP)和降钙素原(PCT),不良反应。结果甲强龙组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,甲强龙组血气指标、CRP和PCT均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲强龙组症状消失时间、肺部体征消失时间、出院时间分别为(5.11±1.41)、(6.14±1.25)、(8.13±0.24)d,均短于对照组的(7.42±2.25)、(8.41±2.21)、(9.23±1.51)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿均无严重不良反应。结论甲强龙治疗小儿支原体肺炎的应用效果确切,可有效改善血气指标,降低炎症水平,缩短症状消失时间,无严重不良反应。 Objective To investigate the effect of Methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 60 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were divided into control group and Methylprednisolone group according to different treatment methods, 30 cases in each group. Children of two groups were given conventional treatment. On this basis, the control group was treated with a single Macrolide. The methylprednisolone group was given Macrolide combined with Methylprednisolone. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of symptoms, disappearance time of pulmonary signs, discharge time, blood gas index of children before and after treatment, C reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT), adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the methylprednisolone group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). After treatment, the blood gas index, CRP and PCT of methylprednisolone group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05). The disappearance time of symptoms, pulmonary signs and discharge time in the Methylprednisolone group were(5.11±1.41) d,(6.14±1.25) d and(8.13±0.24) d respectively, which were significantly shorter than(7.42±2.25) d,(8.41±2.21) d and(9.23±1.51)d in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).No serious adverse reactions were found in all two groups.Conclusion The effect of Methylprednisolone in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia is effective.It can improve the blood gas index,reduce the level of inflammation,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,and has no serious adverse reactions.
