对脑血栓患者采取优质护理的临床意义和可行性研究

Clinical significance and feasibility study of high quality nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis

目的探讨对脑血栓患者采取优质护理的临床意义和可行性。方法 80例脑血栓患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采取常规护理,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用优质护理。比较两组患者护理满意度和日常生活活动能力。结果试验组患者护理满意度为100.0%,高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者日常生活活动能力评分为(85.48±10.71)分,高于对照组的(72.43±6.59)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者采取优质护理可以明显提高患者的护理满意度,提高患者日常生活能力,值得在临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance and feasibility of high quality nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral thrombosis were randomly invided into the experimental group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional group, the observation group was given high quality nursing on the basis of control group. The nursing satisfaction and activities of daily living were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The score of daily living activity in the experimental group was（85.48±10.71） scores, which was significantly higher than（72.43±6.59） scores in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing for patients with cerebral thrombosis can significantly improve patients＇ nursing satisfaction and improve their daily living ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
