洞庭湖区稻纵卷叶螟对防治药剂的抗药性监测 被引量:3

摘要 为了对洞庭湖稻区稻纵卷叶螟抗性进行系统监测,科学指导用药防治,采用点滴法测定洞庭湖周围6个县区稻田2017年5—9月稻纵卷叶螟对7种主要药剂的抗性水平。结果表明,岳阳县5月稻纵卷叶螟对所有药剂LD50最低,确定敏感基线值,各药剂随时间推移LD50逐渐增加,抗药性水平随着时间的推移也逐渐增加,以甲维盐抗性最大,氯虫苯甲酰胺抗性最小;各药剂抗性指数在0~5.0之间,抗性水平为敏感或敏感性下降。 In order to monitor the resistance of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis in Dongting Lake area,and scientifically instruct drug control,theresistance of 7 kinds of main pesticides in 6 counties around Dongting Lake from May to September in 2017 was mensurated by drop method.The LD50 ofCnaphalocrocis medinalis in Yueyang County at May to all medicaments was the lowest,so the sensitive baseline value was determined.The LD50gradually increased with the passage of time,and the resistance level also increased.The maximum resistance was emamectin benzoate,the minimumresistance was chloroacetamide,and the chemical resistance index was 0~5.0.Resistance levels were sensitive or sensitivity to decline.
