摘要
在试验条件下(温度8、10、12、14℃,相对湿度50%、55%、60%、65%),研究了温湿度对4龄蝙蝠蛾幼虫生存发育的影响。结果表明,温度对4龄幼虫的取食、发育有明显的影响。随着温度的升高,取食量增大,幼虫体重递增。湿度的高低对生存环境有明显影响,湿度太高会对生存环境造成感染导致幼虫死亡。蝙蝠蛾4龄幼虫适宜生存温度为10~12℃,相对湿度宜控制在60%。
Under the experimental conditions(temperature 8,10,12,14 ℃ and relative humidity 50%,55%,60%,65%),the effects of tempera-ture and humidity on the survival and development of the 4-age larvae of bat moth were studied.The results showed that the temperature had asignificant effect on the feeding and development of the 4-age larvae.With the increase of temperature,the amount of food increased and the weight oflarvae increased.The humidity level had obvious influence on the living environment.If the humidity was too high,it could cause infection to the livingenvironment and cause the larvae to die.The suitable survival temperature for the 4-age larvae was 10-12 ℃ and the relative humidity should becontrolled at 60%.
