摘要
以一品红种苗为试验材料模拟贮运条件,利用保鲜剂硫代硫酸银(STS)和1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)进行处理,通过测定叶片的相对电导率和叶绿素含量,研究黑暗条件下2种保鲜剂对一品红种苗的保鲜效果。结果表明,短期黑暗条件有利于一品红盆花的保鲜,而且保鲜剂STS和1-MCP均有利于延长一品红盆花的寿命,其中1-MCP的保鲜效果比STS好。随着处理天数的增加,相对电导率增加,叶绿素a、叶绿素b与叶绿素总含量也随之增加。
Poinsettia seedling was taken as experimental material and silver thiosulfate(STS)and 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP)treatmentswere taken as preservation agents in this experiment.By simulating shipping conditions and measuring the relative electric conductivity and thechlorophyll content of leaves of poinsettia seedlings,the preservative effect of two preservation agents of dark condition was studied.The results showedthat,dark condition was in favor of the preservation of potted poinsettia in a short period.And STS preservation agent and 1-MCP preservation agentwere beneficial to extend the life of poinsettia seedlings,preservative effect of 1-MCP treatment was better than that of STS treatment.The relativeelectric conductivity,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and chlorophyll content increased with the increasing of the days in a short time.
