摘要
2017年于桂林市农业科学院火龙果大棚采得大红火龙果样本,测定果实不同部位的可溶性固形物(TSS)含量。结果表明,果实的平均TSS含量为11.6%;同一果实的中部TSS含量最高,为13.9%,与其他处理TSS含量差异极显著;果实上端和下端TSS含量差异显著,未达到极显著差异水平;果实中部近皮处TSS含量最低,为9.1%,与其他处理相比差异极显著。
The fruit samples of Dahong dragon fruit were collected from dragon fruit greenhouse in Guilin Research Institute of AgriculturalSciences in 2017.The total soluble solids(TSS)content in different parts of the fruit were determined.The results showed that,the average TSS content offruit was 11.6%;the TSS content at the middle of the fruit was the highest,up to 13.9%,which was highly significantly different from other treatments;the TSS content at the bottom and the top of the fruit was significantly different,but was not highly significantly different;the TSS content near the skinof the fruit was the lowest(9.1%),which was highly significantly different from other treatments.
