摘要 对薯片、蛋糕、饼干、山楂饼4种样品分别采取全自动脂肪分析仪和国标方法(索氏抽提法)测定其脂肪含量,通过2种方法的对比,选取一种能够提高工作效率,减少有机试剂用量,更加环保的方法。结果表明,与索氏抽提法相比,全自动脂肪分析仪的检测结果与其不存在显著性差异,且其精密度更高,省时省力,环保高效,完全可以替代索氏抽提法。 The fat content of potato chips,cakes,biscuits and hawthorn cakes was determined by automatic fat analyzer and national standardmethod (Soxhlet extraction method)respectively.By comparing this two methods,a method that can improve working efficiency,reduce the amount oforganic reagents and be more environmentally friendly was selected.The results showed that,compared with Soxhlet extraction method,the detectionresults of the automatic fat analyzer were not significantly different from that of Soxhlet extraction method,and its precision was higher,time saving,energy saving and environmental protection efficiency were better than those of Soxhlet extraction method.The automatic fat analyzer can replace Soxhletextraction.
