摘要
可溯源体系是管控食品质量安全的有效工具,是保障消费者利益的有效方法。以果品为溯源研究对象,在分析国内外的溯源体系的基础上,通过运用物联网技术、条码技术、农残速测技术、数据采集中间件技术等,选用C#语言,设计并开发了果品质量安全溯源管理系统。该系统能够实时采集果品在各时期的数据信息,并实时上传至系统中心数据库,实现果品的安全生产管理与数据统计分析,以提高果品生产企业的监管水平,实现果品生产管理规范化与标准化、消费者权益的最大化。
The traceable system is an effective tool for controlling the quality and safety of food,and it is an effective method to protect theinterests of consumers.Fruits were chose as the research object.Based on the analysis of traceability systems at home and abroad,the C# language wasused to design and develop fruit quality safety traceability management system through the use of Internet of Things technology,bar code technology,rapid residue testing technology and data acquisition middleware technologies.The system can collect real-time data information of fruits in variousperiods and upload them to the system center database in real time to achieve fruit production safety management and data statistics analysis,so as toimprove the supervision level of fruit production enterprises.It can realize the standardization of fruit production management and the maximization ofconsumer rights.
